Factual errors

In addition to the rank problem, the collar emblems are wrong, no blood stripe on trousers, no service stripes on sleeves, and the uniform is poorly tailored. Also, no one who would call himself a Marine would have a beard while wearing dress blues.

Master Sergeant Beckett's rank insignia is wrong while he's wearing his dress uniform at the funeral in the beginning. A Master Sergeant is 3 chevrons above and 3 arcs below but the insignia on his uniform is 3 chevrons above and 4 arcs below (Sergeant Major). They even put the crossed rifles in the middle which is never there in an E-9 insignia.

While at the funeral, marine does not have his cover (hat) on, and should be clean shaven.

El Diablo's rifle in the final shootout, an Anzio 20mm Anti-Material Rifle, upon his first shot, the extreme over-pressure from his muzzle would have blown out the window he was situated behind revealing his position easily even with the relief hole he cut into the glass.

When Jesus Morales is brought to Homestead ARB, he is brought in on a Colombian 'Policia ( Police )' UH-1H, but no UH-1 Huey has the fuel range to reach Miami, let alone would be authorized to land at Homestead ARB. Additionally, he would have already been in Federal Custody which means he would have been transported by armed convoy via the DEA, US Marshals Office and DHS, not by a foreign national police force.

Errors in geography

Drone's coordinates (at 22:10 in the movie) as 33d 03' 22.5"N, 111d 97' 15.17"W. First of all, there's no such thing as 97 minutes. Assuming it is in decimal, this puts the location as just east of Maricopa, AZ not Colombia.
