Love Takes Wing (2009)
In this Christian film from Janette Oke's Love Comes Softly series. Belinda Simpson is recovering from the loss of her husband. She arrives in a small Missouri town to become the local doctor. The town doesn't immediately take to a female doctor. She's also faced with the challenge of an infection in the town, that everyone believes came from the local orphanage. With help from her friend Annie and Lee Owens, a young blacksmith, Belinda seeks a cure.

Main character Belinda Tyler-Simpson has been recast, from the previous movie (Love's Unfolding Dream / 2007), and is now portrayed by Sarah Jones. Missie Tyler (Erin Cottrell) is the only other returning character from the previous movie in the series. Erin Cottrell is the only returning actor/actress from any of the previous movies in the series.
The hotel desk clerk is portrayed by Kevin Scott Richardson. Kevin Scott Richardson is best known as a member of the boy band The Backstreet Boys.
